A Warminster Township Budget Committee will be created according to township supervisors. This budget advisory committee will help them develop three- and five-year financial plans and review the township’s budget. Warminster supervisors decided against a3.61 mill property tax increase last month after reopening the 2018 budget. The committee would take direction from the township manager or another designated staff member and would include five members with experience in accounting and finance.
The supervisors will vote in March to officially establish the committee and the requirements for membership.
